What is your return policy on cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused apparel and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets must be returned with all tags and seals intact.
Do your bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, every new bicycle purchased from Sierra Bicycle Supply includes a full manufacturer’s warranty covering frame defects and component malfunctions as specified by the brand.
How do I determine the correct frame size for me?
