At Sierra Bicycle Supply, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags, manuals, and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
